Xebec Spec Building

This project started as a project for Xebec Realty Partners as a shell space for future tenants. The project is built out at 262,000 sf with 10,000 sf of office space. Work has since been completed to fill in some of the 4 tenant spaces.

The project was fully designed by myself and this design aesthetic and language has carried into other projects completed within the McMillan Pazdan Smith Industrial Studio.
